Matthew Castelo

Matthew Castelo was once an aspiring professional football who dedicated his whole life to the sport. Castelo was eventually drafted by the Seattle Seahawks. However, a devastating injury occurred that ultimately ended his football career and life-long dream to play pro ball. Despite having his dreams crushed and feeling lost, it was a pivotal moment that spurred his desire to help others get out of their rut and realize their own dreams of buying a home they would love. If there was one thing he understood at this point in his life, it was that he knew the art of dedication and building.

The question was how was he going to help others buy homes they loved? He was young and broke. He started with looking for the most run-down homes on the block and homes that people couldn’t afford anymore who needed help. He also looked at homes that were on the verge of being taken away or were on fire. He then crafted a vision for the home for investors to put money into in order to rebuild and sell.

Now 8 years into this industry, Castelo oversees each project from purchase to takedown of the foundation and makes sure that each home is built with a standard that he is proud of.
